Self-serve terms. There are no applications, calls, or signatures — purchasing credits or using a wholesale key means you agree to these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase governs those credits.

The deal in one paragraph

You buy prepaid report credits from The Aslan Group LLC ("Aslan") at wholesale, self-serve. You resell reports to your own customers — under your own brand if you like, at your own price, through your own payment setup. Aslan is not a party to your sales and takes no cut of them. Once you've bought credits, they're yours: they never expire, are never repriced, and your key keeps working until the balance runs out.

What you're buying

Each credit runs one report (per the posted per-endpoint credit costs). Reports are tax and on-chain intelligence, not tax, legal, or financial advice. Every report says this on its face, states exactly what it did and didn't cover, and carries machine-verified citations so a licensed professional can check every claim against the primary source. That professional review step is the product's design, not fine print: reports are decision-support for a professional to verify — they are not filings, opinions, or advice.

The three rules

Keep the report honest. White-label freely — your brand, your layout, your delivery. But the findings, citations, verification statements, coverage disclosures, and disclaimers stay intact and visible. They're the product's integrity (and your liability shield too).
Pass the professional-review posture through. However you present reports to your customers, make clear that a licensed tax or financial professional should review the information for accuracy before anyone relies on it.
Market it truthfully. Don't call it tax advice, don't promise outcomes, don't claim any government endorsement, and only run reports on wallet addresses you or your customer may lawfully review.

Credits

Buying: self-serve, via USDC (x402) or the posted fiat option. No account required beyond your key.
Spending: each run decrements your balance. At zero, the key stops — it fails closed, never on credit.
No expiry, no repricing, no refunds — except: if Aslan terminates your key for breaking the three rules above, your unused balance is refunded. You never lose paid-for, unused inventory to a termination.
Restocking: any time, at the then-current wholesale rate. Rate changes never touch credits you already hold.

What Aslan promises

Every finding in every report passes machine citation-verification against a maintained primary-law corpus before delivery; findings that fail are removed, and the report says how many were removed.
Every report discloses its coverage honestly — chains scanned, transaction counts, data caps hit, pricing gaps.
Corpora are maintained against current law, with automated change-detection feeding a human review process.

The legal bits, briefly

Reports and the service are provided as-is. Aslan's total liability to you is capped at your unused credit balance. Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. You're responsible for your own sales, your own marketing claims, and your own customers. These terms are governed by the laws of the state of formation of The Aslan Group LLC, United States.
