Effective July 6, 2026. This policy covers the PulseNetwork hub, its MCP server, and the PulseNetwork family of API verticals (the *.theaslangroupllc.com and associated deployment domains). The version published when you use the service governs that use.

The short version

PulseNetwork is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts and no logins for standard pay-per-call use: your agent sends a request with an on-chain payment, we answer it, and that's the whole relationship. We don't collect names, emails, or profiles for API use, we don't run ads, and we never sell personal data.

What we process, and why

Payment data. Payments are made in USDC on public blockchains via the x402 protocol. Your wallet address, the amount, and the transaction are public blockchain data by nature — we didn't put them there and can't remove them. We log wallet address, endpoint called, amount, and timestamp for revenue accounting and abuse prevention.
Request content. The query you send (parameters, questions, addresses you ask us to analyze) is processed to generate your answer. To do that we pass relevant parts of it to our infrastructure and AI/search providers (e.g., Anthropic for synthesis, Tavily for web grounding, Vercel for hosting). We don't use your queries to train models.
Server logs. Standard technical logs (IP address, user agent, status codes) exist at our hosting provider (Vercel) under their retention rules; we use them for debugging and abuse prevention only.
Email. If you email us, or register for a wholesale, reseller, or affiliate key, we keep that email address and the correspondence to run the program. That's the only personal identifier we ask for anywhere.
Cookies. The hub and API endpoints set no tracking cookies. A small number of properties with paid human accounts (e.g., SignalPulse) use a session cookie strictly to keep you signed in.

What we don't do

No sale or rental of personal data — to anyone, ever.
No advertising networks, no third-party trackers, no analytics beacons on API responses.
No profiles: we don't link wallet addresses to identities, and we don't try to.

Wallet and on-chain analysis endpoints

Some endpoints analyze blockchain addresses you submit (e.g., wallet reviews, token safety scans). These operate exclusively on public on-chain data. Only submit addresses you may lawfully review. Reports are information, not advice, and say so on their face.

Data retention

Payment/usage logs are retained for accounting. Provider-side request logs expire per the provider's schedule (typically days to weeks). Wholesale/affiliate registration emails are kept while the key is active.

Your choices and rights

Because standard use requires no account, there is usually nothing personal for us to delete. If you've corresponded with us or hold a registered key and want your information corrected or removed, email info@theaslangroupllc.com — we handle requests directly and promptly, including rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA where they apply.

Children

PulseNetwork is not directed at children under 16 and we knowingly collect nothing from them.

Changes

We update this page when practices change; the effective date above moves accordingly. Material changes are noted on this page — there's no mailing list to notify because we don't have your email.
